We roast only certified Organic and Fairtrade coffees using the "greenest" coffee roaster in Atlantic Canada. Our combination of high tech roasting equipment and traditional small batch roasting & blending techniques produces a coffee that really makes waves. Our roastery is currently open by appointment only, but our beans and brew are available just 5 doors up the street at Fultons General Store. Or, you can catch us at the Thursday Lunenburg Farmers' Market, the QEII Farmers' Market in Halifax (Fri.), the Hubbards Farmers' Market in Hubbards (Sat.), and the Historic Farmers Market and Seaport Farmers' Market in Halifax (Sat.)
